Everything about this place deserves 5 stars. The service goes the extra mile and is incredibly fast. My father is a lasagna connoisseur, and he said it was one of the best lasagnas is he's ever had! My dish was fantastic as well! All while sitting in a unique outdoor patio that pulls you into the restaurant.

Salade are tiny. Barely any calamari in the calamari salad.

Very unimpressive caprese with tasteless olive oil, just slices of tomatoes with mozzarella balls on big leaves of lettuce. Probably took 10sec to throw that together. Pasta was good, but not amazing. Salad was small with a very small chunk of meat. Desserts did not look esthetically pleasing, just stuff thrown on a plate. Good service, though.

I had a good first date here today, the atmosphere and staff are great. The food was pretty good. We had the booth that has the open doors next to it. The setting was perfect for our date

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! Accessible, great portion size, delectable cooking, some of the finest I've had outside of Napa, good wine list (Charles Krud Sauv Blanc with the piccatas will not disappoint) freindly staff. Lovely to hear chef's daughter come in speaking Italian with him! Great ambiance and people watching with door/walls open up to street. Lunch specials. Stop in if you can!

The food was inedible, tasted rotten, and they defended their cooking. Said it's "impossible" that the food tasted bad and refused to compensate. No apologies...just "impossible". Okay lol. Bye.

We had a very disappointing lunch at Angelo Mio on Sunday, Sept.16. My wife ordered a shrimp salad which contained only 3 shrimp and was advertised on the menu to also have asparagus but contained only a 1" piece of one asparagus. I had the veal piccata but the meat was quite tough instead of being soft enough to cut with a fork. The accompanying vegetables were good. I also had ordered a cup of lentil soup which was served at the same time as the veal by the waitress rather than serving the soup first. When we had finished the main course the waitress just brought our check instead of asking whether we were interested in dessert. All together - not a good experience!

One of my favorite places to eat.Perfect place for a nice quiet diner out with Friends. The staff are fantastic along with owner, who is so kind and gracious. For great food and great hospitality, this the place....love it!

I loved the food here! I came here for lunch on a rainy Saturday and I could not get enough of the Ravioli with red wine sauce! The restaurant is also very clean and the service was excellent. The seating is lovely, what a wonderful place to spend a Saturday afternoon!

The dishes they serve are fantastic and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a cheerful time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

So so excited to come to this restaurant because we thought Menlo Park would have a great Italian restaurant on Santa Cruz Avenue. Was not impressed. When we walk by around 8:30 Friday evening there was his ton of people in the restaurant. They only had one busboy one server one cook and one waitress. I ordered the fettuccine Angelino mio. My husband ordered the Pollo marsala. The fettuccine was very Bland. The Italian bacon had a good flavor. The Pollo marsala came with about 15 noodles and about two chicken thighs. The sauce was very watery but you could taste the marsala. You'll get better tasting food at Olive Garden then you will hear he went. Plus you get free salad. I got to say their bread with their garlic spread was absolutely delicious. We will not be going back at all.

Nice Italian restaurant on Santa Cruz Avenue in downtown Menlo Park. Good veal dishes with a nice Tuscan vibe.

Food, service and atmosphere we're just okay.

The penne ala vodka was prepared well. It's not the best I've had but it was good. The seating is comfortable with cushioned seats. The decor is nice. The staff were nice. I'd dine here again. Price was average for Menlo Park. The fourth star is for the service and decor. I went at 6:30 pm. It wasn't busy yet.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way home and I did not regret. The atmosphere was amazing, you guys have to see for your self. Also very kind and helpful service, and food was really good!Can’t wait to come again to the lovely service and food!

Good food and ambiance. I had their risotto with prawns which was excellent. Good bruschetta and fried calamari. The tiramisu was exceptionally good, very light and just the right amount of cream.
